另外,受基因影响,我们对于激素波动的敏感性会有所不同,反馈到身体上就会出现不同程度的表现。
对于这类激素敏感的女性,每个月的身体里都像在做过山车,情绪大开大合;有些女性则感受不到明显差距。
无论如何,了解自己身体的变化,都是很有意义的。
我们可以认真记录自己的生理周期,尽可能写下自己在这个阶段的情绪、想法和行动;多和你的家人、朋友谈论你的生理周期,让它变得更透明。
尤其是,如果你在经前容易出现巨大的情绪波动,请不要把自己定义为「难以控制情绪的人」「脾气阴晴不定的人」,而是改用另一种描述方式——「对激素波动敏感的人」,或是「PMS 症状明显的人」。
一旦我们明白它出现的原因,将生理因素与个人意志区分开,我们可以更好地应对它。
了解身体,是掌控主动权的第一步。
